is seriously about to have a Latina explode on them at the gift wrap department. HOW IS IT… that i brought them 4 gifts to wrap and they can’t find 1 now that I came to pick them up. I’ve been waiting for them for a good hour and it’s nowhere to be found, the girl who wrapped them is on her hour break and won’t answer her cellphone… smh… Macy’s, you just lost a customer.
